We absolutely loved our room the design was well thought out. The bed, it's linens, even the towels were comfortable and soft. Even the TV was the best I've seen in hotel rooms. When ever we come back to this location this is where we will stay.
Neil made this experience a 5 star experience for us. We got stranded due to our truck in the shop. He made sure we had everything we needed. We were there for 4 nights and he checked with us every day if we needed our room cleaned, if we were staying another night, gave us advice on places to go in the area and gave us support on our ongoing truck in the shop issue. Thanks Neil. I cant say enough how great his customer service was!
The empty parking lot had us a little apprehensive but the sign said new so we stopped. Neil at the desk was great. He explained how the building had been completed renovated and it showed. He also gave us great dinner ideas. The place is very clean and very new the rates were perfect. Parking was exceptional!!
As someone who travels for work I spend a lot of time in hotels and this is my favorite place. Rooms are great, service is amazing and location is very convenient. Front desk people are amazing and professional even well dealing with people demanding unreasonable accommodations well being aggressive and belligerent. Would recommend to everyone and will definitely stay again.
Thanksgiving week, left Michigan to beat the blizzard there, heading to Remsen Iowa. We stopped here because they were dog friendly. It was recently renovated. It was clean, they gave us a room right by the side door. We were very pleased with the hotel.
My husband and I have to travel for work . We have stayed at a lot of hotels in a lot of areas . This has to be one of the best we have stayed in . The hotel is clean and the rooms and very nice . Beds are very comfortable . Super friendly , personable and accommodating staff . The location is convenient with amenities near by. Definitely would recommend to anyone as a great place to stay .
Very nice room and mangment and front desk clerk was very welcoming..... If I ever get back that way that will be my go to place to stay... They are still renovating but did not affect my stay. Thank you Neil and the Young Lady that.worked nights.
Love this restaraunt!! The ambiance is great. The place is very clean, bathrooms too. The service was great. Let's get to the food. This place, by far, knocked it out of the park!! I'm from the west coast & the selections & flavors in their dishes had been elevated. It's not easy to impress me. I was more than impressed.
